About this messaging program
TDG Tracker is an internal, non-marketing SMS program operated by TDG Resource Management LLC, doing business as The Dillard Group Realty & Management. It is used to communicate with onboarded team members — staff, contractors, and project personnel — about active real estate project work.
Messages are operational only: task assignments, due-date reminders, status updates, document requests, and project alerts. This is a low-volume program. There is no consumer messaging and no promotional content. We do not sell or share phone numbers or consent records with third parties. Consent is not a condition of employment or engagement.
How team members opt in
TDG Tracker uses a double opt-in. An administrator can only request consent; consent itself is given by the team member, who confirms by replying YES from their own phone. No operational message is ever sent until that YES confirmation exists.
The administrator requests consent during onboarding
When a team member, contractor, or project worker is onboarded, an authorized administrator enters their mobile number in TDG Tracker. The number is provided by the team member for work coordination. Only when a number is present does the SMS section appear, displaying the full disclosure. The administrator marks a confirmation request — a control that is unchecked by default. Marking it writes a pending consent request (not confirmed consent) and triggers a confirmation text to the team member.

The team member confirms by replying YES
The team member receives a confirmation text and must reply YES from their own device to opt in. Only on that reply does the record change from pending to confirmed; until then, no operational messages are sent. Replying STOP declines. Every consent event is stored as a permanent, timestamped, append-only record.

- TDG Tracker: Reminder — the task "Pick up materials from Home Depot" is due today. Reply STATUS to view all open tasks.
- TDG Tracker: Your task "Upload vendor invoice" is overdue. Reply NOTE to add details or DONE once completed.
- TDG Tracker: A TDG admin requested an update on "Bathroom demo progress." Reply STATUS or NOTE with details.
- TDG Tracker: Document request — please send a photo of the completed electrical panel. Reply PHOTO to attach.
Frequency
Message frequency is approximately 1–10 messages per week, varying with project activity and assigned tasks. This is a low-volume, operational program.
