SMS / mobile messaging
TDG operates an internal, non-marketing SMS program under the brand TDG Tracker to communicate with onboarded team members — staff, contractors, and project personnel — about active project work. Messages are operational only and include task assignments, reminders, status requests, document requests, and project alerts.
Consent
We use a double opt-in. An authorized administrator may request consent during onboarding, but consent is given by the team member, who confirms by replying YES to a confirmation text from their own phone. The administrator's request alone does not authorize messaging, and no operational message is sent until the team member's YES confirmation is received. No sharing of mobile data
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to operate this messaging program. No mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
Opt out and help
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency is approximately 1–10 per week. Message and data rates may apply.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as hosting or communications), and as required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights. As stated above, mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.
